The Installation Assurance Authority (IAA) forms an integral part of The CIGA Group,

specializing in providing technical oversight and accreditation for insulation

measures. With a strong presence in the industry for over 27 years, CIGA expanded

its operations to include the Installation Assurance Authority in April 2020. The IAA

serves as the technical authority for all insulation measures, ensuring that the

highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism are maintained throughout

the industry.

More recently, the Installation Assurance Authority Commercial Services (IAA CS) was established to recognise and support the group's growing commercial activities within the sector.
